A little over a year ago, I wrote a review of Becky Striepe’s (Glue and Glitter) 40 Days of Green Smoothies. I’m pleased to once again share this simple, colorful, and delicious e-book with you all – and to give one person the opportunity to dedicate the next 40 days to healthful drinking! Click here for my full review from December 2012.
Check out more of Becky’s work at Care2, Eat Drink Better, Crafting a Green World, Feelgood Style, How Stuff Works, and greenUPGRADER. This is one busy, creative chick!
Giveaway is open to all until midnight February 6.
I have a new baby, so I gave myself a pass for resolutions this year- I have enough on my plate!
Congrats, Ashley! And yes – – I think you get a pass on resolutions for the next couple of years at least ;-)!
Love this E-book and Becky organized everything so nicely for shopping the ingredients which is where I always go blank at the store, Thanks Becky! Thanks Annie for a great giveaway. I love a smoothie that matches my kitchen wall paint 😉
This is the book that got me back on smoothie track – one a day, baby!
Ooh, I love these sort of things for getting to know new people and websites (had never seen this glue and glitter site before!). I just signed up for that and, of course, have been signed up for your blog for a while 😉 I went out and bought a smoothie sip cup with straw for work so that I can take my green monsters and parade them around the library!
Sip those smoothies with pride!! Becky is amazing. I think it’s the green smoothies that give her so much energy!
What a fantastic e-book! I don’t have new year resolutions at the moment, but definitely planning on more traveling this year!
More traveling ;-)?? You’re amazing!
You have had so many great give aways lately, Annie! Fingers crossed that I win this one–I just ADORE a green smoothie! So far I’m thrilled to say that I’m sticking with my New Year’s goals this year, especially those for the blog! I’m trying to comment more on blogs that I read and follow to show support for my fellow vegans! Yours is always one of my favorites!
Thanks, Rach! It’s fun “visiting” with you over our blogs :-). I’m also trying to be more active and supportive within the community. xoxo
I always had trouble with New Year’s resolutions. This year my goal has been to meditate more, though, and I’ve been doing that almost every day at work 🙂 I also have been having a green smoothie for breakfast almost each morning since 1/1. I would LOVE more recipes to try out.
Hi Lizz! If you’ve made it to January 30 with your resolution – you’re doing great! Thanks for entering the giveaway!
I’m so very glad you asked!!!! My New Year’s resolution was to have no New Year’s Resolutions…and I’m doing GREAT!!!!!
I would dearly love to get this book!!!! Luvs me some green smoothies!!!
Excellent! I also am for not overburdening the New Year with resolutions :-).
I seem to remember those green smoothies, I felt healthy just looking at your photos. Becky has one heck of a lot of websites!
I know – and we thought we had a lot of sites :-)!
Lost 3 lbs and looking into vegan food options
Go, Elena!!
I don’t “do” NY resolutions, it seems like a lot of pressure, I try to live each year w/ intention to do the best I can in all aspects of my life!
It IS a lot of pressure, and I think that’s why people so often fail. I’ve learned for me that it takes small changes. Over time, I get big results :-). Thanks, Stephanie!
haven’t missed a work out yet!
Nice!
my resolutions were to start new healthy habits… nothing too drastic. I ate a salad almost every day this month, but I haven’t been working out as much as I planned. So I guess I’m not a complete failure!
A salad a day – sounds like you’re off to a great start. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself; you’ll get there!
No resolutions. I just always try to do my best when it comes to eating healthy and exercising.
I think that’s the best way to do it, Melissa!
Subscribed to everything I could, I hope the right person wins them!!!! Thank you for this giveaway!!! 🙂
I appreciate that, Jennifer!! Good luck!
Hey Gaby! Thanks for the comments and follows – I appreciate it! My feeling on making changes and having resolutions is that you really, really have to want to do those things. Otherwise the changes won’t last. And for me, it’s been the small changes made over time that have stuck. Best of luck :-)!
I love blog giveaways (I’ve won 3 items in the past year!!!). As far as resolutions go, I’m actually doing pretty good. I made my resolution easy, to meditate for ten minutes a day for 5 days a week. I haven’t been perfect, but I’d say that I’ve meditated for an average of 4 days a week since the new year. I’m happy with that! I hope all is well with you chica! Have a great week and thanks so much for this giveaway! Celeste 🙂
Wow – you’re doing great on the giveaways! I like offering freebies and I like GETTING freebies ;-)!
