- 2 1/4 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 3 Tbsp. NuNaturals Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tbsp. NuNaturals Cocoa Mint Syrup
- 1/2 tsp. NuNaturals Vanilla Syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Taste and adjust for mintiness and sweetness.
- Pour cocoa into a medium-sized pan and gently heat; divide between two extra-large mugs and serve.
